I've been watching all this IMBS debate with a fair amount of
amusement, a large amount, in fact.  I haven't commented much
(at all? my memory sucks) on the ffml regarding Mike's
kick-arse work here, but there is ONE thing I'd like to comment
on.

Why on earth do you people think the Hibikis are among
the _bad_ people in IMBS?

Look, I'm a fan of bastard characters.  I _like_ villians.
I'd have enjoyed IMBS even more if Mike DID make the
Hibikis villianous.

And as much as I look at it, I just don't see the Hibikis
as villians.  Ranma killed their brother. They're out to
even the score, and maybe go a little beyond that.

That's the standard for being bad?

Gosh, that would make... a lot of kung fu movie heroes
the BAD guys.  You know who I mean.  All those badly
dubbed martial artists that say 'Damn you!  You killed
my teacher/father/sister/brother/wife/son/daughter!  
Prepare to die!'  or something like that...

A little too obsessed?  Maybe.  Bad people that deserve
some blame?  Don't see it.
