After rooting around a bit on the web, learned how to differentiate
Hiroshi (fair haired) and Daisuke (dark haired), but I can't find
corresponding info on Yuka and Sayuri.

Right now I *think* Yuka has the lighter hair pulled buck into a
short ponytail,  and Sayuri has the darker hair worn loose about
her shoulders.

Can anybody confirm or deny this?

All I found on the ML was the slightly-less-then-helpful "Yuka is
the brunette; Sayuri is the other brunette", and a discussion of
Rosencrantz and Guildenstern.  [disgruntled noises]
