I agree with this. I would've been quite unhappy if the series had ended
without us being given any answer to some of the big mysteries.

I do think the timing of the way in which things were revealed could've
been better, though. As far as I remember, we had a few clues as to what
the deal with Ranma was in the very early chapters... then, unless I
missed something, there was basically nothing revealed until the ending,
where it all came out in one big lump. I think mysteries work best when
you reveal clues bit by bit, starting small and building up until the
climax.

Anyway, overall this was a great work, and one of the classics of
fanfiction.
