Featherbrite doesn't qualify as an annoying new character to my mind.  
She can never be a total scene stealer, the paramount hallmark of an 
ANC.  

I'd definitely like to see more of this one, although I'm not sure 
Nabiki would go for being a junior Amazon wife.
