how you really feel- see a doctor NOW . If this is just
really good story telling , then congratulations on
rivaling, Old H.P.Lovecraft himself, in writing a really
downer of a story.
Thank you. I don't think I could quite descend to Lovecraft's level of
darkness, though, no matter how hard I tried.
This as a story lacks a villain, I would really like to see
somebody get badly and permanently hurt for doing this,
especially as this looks like it is going to be the future,
Ranma saw using the Mirror.
(giggle)
Story time, boys and girls... (don't worry; this one's a nice one)
This whole Iris story arc started with a variation on that idea.
The idea was that Ranma go forward ten years in time to find the
circumstances as shown, with Akane and Ryouga married - as well as a
redhead with the last name of Kunou. Ranma would essentially have to deal
with a vision of the future that he most definitely did not like, and come
to terms with it.
One problem, though: The backstory - the Ranma/Kunou meeting - ended up
taking up more of my thoughts than the story itself. So, I chucked that
story and started working on Iris.
Well, Iris was released. One of the main problems was that some people
thought the events that eventually caused Ranma's terrible action would
never happen, and were rather vocal in their opinions. The best way to
get me to do something is to say that it's impossible. So... ^_^
I am guessing here as I haven't seen the story myself, just
read a description. Which mostly just said Akane married
Ryoga and Ranma wasn't around.
You guessed correctly.
I am surprised Ranma didn't try getting a new curse, some
animal, then switching that curse to a human male. He
wouldn't have been Saotome Ranma physically but mentally. Or
was that one of the unnamed thing he tried that almost
killed him before he went to see Ukyou.? I know it would
have had to fail in order for the story plotlne to follow as
it had to, but it does seem like something he would try.
Well I will say one thing this is going to be a story I will
have a hard time forgetting, but I am going to try. For a
couple of months anyway.
Why do people always say that after reading my works? ^_^
Again, thanks.
