:Actually some people got to UY fromTSY, me for one and some
:people I started showing the animes to (most of them like
:the fan-fics too). It isn't that it is any more OOC than say
:Bitter End or Poison, it is just an alternate moredramatic
:take. If I were going to take any one story from there, it
:would probably be "Arrive Reiko-chan" or "Shinobu: Futures
:Imperfect".
:One is the turning point of the series and the other is in
:my opinion the best single story in the series, one worth
:reading even if you don't like the series.

Definitely ... "Arrive Reiko-chan" sets into place not only
the potential events of the following stories but truly
exposes the underlying 'dreams' of Tomobiki (if we see
Tomobiki the community as a living entity).

And "Shinobu: Futures Imperfect" manages to put 'poor Shinobu'
into even more troubles... In one sense, the troubles that
heap down on her are things that she's used to dealing with --
isolation and whatnot, but the -speed- that her troubles arrive
are probably what makes and/or breaks her spirit. Just
like a blade will bend under even the harshest of times,
if the strain becomes too much, the recoil may destroy the
blade where the original strike could not.
:
:If you would prefer a different type of UY, I would probably
:go with "Papa" or " I Believe Them Bones are me"
:"Believe.Bones" in the RAAC Archive.
