Which is equally puzzling, since Kyosuke has no Telepathic psionics,
only Pre-cog, time flux, telekinisis, and psycho-electric.

    Not sure about this. I could've sworn he has occasional Mind Reading
ability, but he can't control it. (OAV 6 is the example that comes to mind.)
