Randland is the unofficial nickname of the world in which the Wheel of
Time series is set.  The series itself never tells us what its inhabitants
actually call their world.

Moon and the Soldiers went to Reenie's present. (Watch for the 13 new SM 
episodes coming to the U.S. this fall, we here in Canada have already 
seen 'em, eh?) So it could be extrapolated that the original Silver 
Millenium took place about 1000 AD, our calenders(of course). This is 
subtantiated because...

While the Dub says a thousand years, I believe that in the original, it's
supposed to be about 25,000 years ago.  Although I may be imagining that.
