Does Nene's friend/coworker Naoko have a canonical last name?

nope.
Then again, outside of reference books, nobody found out what Priss' last
name was until Nene took her driver's license in BGC 8, and nobody knew
what Linna's last name was until it turned up in the credits of BGC 8.
With all that, I figure Naoko's lucky to have a name at all ^_^
