I need this info for a possible fic . . .

I've just taken a close look at an episode from Slayers TRY,
and I noticed that there are two very strange black circular marks on 
Lina's forehead (I swear! They're there!). We usually don't see them 
because she wears a headband (to prevent people from seeing them?). 
Anybody know anything about them?

Also, there's been mention of Lina's supposed elder sister, stronger 
than the strongest of the demons. Lina takes up a quest that was 
originally hers because she says her job is more important than the fate 
of the world. 

Two questions:

a) Who's the sister? Why's she stronger than the strongest of the
   demons?
b) Where the FUCK is that restaurant Lina's sister works at?
