I need to know something about

(a) What Herb's powers/strengths/abilities are

(b) And more importantly, what are his reactions/views on women?
As I understand it, histwo sidekicks can be broadly summarised as drooling
otaku fanboys :)
But how about Herb himself?
What would his reaction to women be, and in particular what would his
reaction be to a woman more powerful than himself?
