Hi there folks!  I've been lurking on the ffml for a few months now, having subscribed on a friend's recommendation.  I joined for one reason only: to read good fics.  Up to now, I've been really pleased.  There are a lot of great authors on this list and I hope to join their ranks once I get both the inspiration and the courage top post something.  But I think we've gotten a little sidetracked by gubby/always man, whoever he wants to call himself.  Do you have any idea how much he's probably enjoying this?  At any rate, can we pleeese get back to writing fics?
