Well, OK, Shampoo does admit that she's aiming for Akane.  Ukyou does not.
Considering Ukyou's prowess with thrown weapons, she really should have
been surprised to have missed -- moreso than Shampoo, who doesn't
generally use thrown weapons.

How comes it that she hit Ranma by mistake?  The way I see it, she _did_
hit her target -- because her target was Ranma, not Akane.
