I have gotten several requests for ACC chapter 2. I would like to 
clarify that Chapter 2 does not properly exist--Chapter 1 was split into 
two chapters with little alteration. Thus, there is no gap between what 
has already been released and chapter 3.

BTW: I have noticed a lack of *constructive* comments. I really don't 
like having just a bunch of "yes" men any more than I like having a 
bunch of "no" men, although if you do like it, be sure to tell me. If 
you have any suggestions to improve each chapter, please send them to 
me.
