Yup!  There is a reason that Gubby isn't removed by Tybalt.  I wrote to
Tybalt privately, asking why he hasn't been removed, and he responded that
he had no power to ban someone for being hyper-obnoixous.  That's the list
owner's job.

You know what Gubby's scathing C&C reminds me of. A little boy annoying his sister by 
poking his finger in the air near her face and saying "I'm not touching you. I'm not 
touching you." when he knows that if he does actually poke her he's going to get smacked. 
To me, and I admit I may be mistaken, that's pretty much the relationship his initial C&C 
posts have to flames. 

I think if Gubby had given positive C&C to those fics he did like as well as the negative 
C&C people would not have gotten the impression that he came here to be a troll. (he even 
admits to being a troll in his handle.)
