Well, count me in as another volunteer judge... I would be an inpartial Judge, for 1 simple reason, I like them all as it's very hard for me to find fault with any fics and I mean it (rather like a polar opposite of Always Man and associates ^_^;; ).
In any event, I'd like to see Always Man's fic;  I mean, he's talked the talk, lets see if he can walk the walk and if he can't write up to my judging standards.... 
God help him, because I don't mind Dr. Thinker's works all that much... (sure, Dr Thinker needs abit of help with his english IMHO, rather like Xian Pu needs some help with Japanese; but his heart is in the right place... kinda, sorta)

If you desire to flame or insult me for my above stated views you're welcome to, but for heaven's sake as well as the other FFMLer's sake, please do it privately, alright...

Whatever I feel about Always Man, however, isn't relevant to how his
fanfiction should be judged. I've acted as a judge for several fanfic
reviews on the Net before i joined the FFML; some of the people I had
to jugde I absolutely hated, but I did judge them impartially (and
boy, was it no fun!) 

I've never really written a serious Ranma fic, so I can't really
pre-judge based on that. (A spamfic/lemon about Ranma getting
his/herself pregnant isn't exactly a real fic, now, is it?) I
specialize mainly in BlueSeed fanfiction, and have never actually
thought of doing a solo serious Ranma fic. (I also almost became an
English major, but that's another story....)

Anyway, the point of this is that I'm volunteering here for a nasty
job. This is gonna provoke flames for months to come, I'm sure, but
there's really no way out of this for anyone without someone losing
face. It would probably be better to have several judges to really
make sure there is no discrimination on anyone else's part, but this
isn't my show. That's for someone else to decide.

If you want me to help you with this, just tell me. If not, tell me
that, too. I'm flame-resistant =^_^=
