order to drown properly. =/

Define 'drowning properly', though.  For series-nitpickers, I will go
ahead and note that the last arc of the manga involved 'Akaneniichuan',
and Akane certainly didn't drown.

I know somebody did something involving a spring 
of drowned Nissan Pathfinder, but a living automobile isn't quite 
inanimate.

This was done purely as a one-hit joke, in RpM's 'The More Things 

Change'.

The Nissan Pathfinder may have been done as a joke.  But there is an 
inanimate object that I have seen used more than once.

I am not making this up, I have seen it used in two different fanfics.  
Of course, I've also seen Soun and Kodachi get married in two different 
fanfics.  There are some odd people out there.
