If you say so.
But I guess you haven't been writing a genre for about three-four years.
But, no, it wasn't just 'lemons' that were banned, it was 'lemon scented'.
Every single thing that I've written has been 'lemon scented if it wasn't
outright lemon.
And I have a right to stand up for my genre, thank you very much, and not
anyone treat the genre like it's worthless and less fit for children than
violence!
Kun-chan...
I agree with Caroline.... in many respects about the Lemon stuff. Us
people in America are so Tightass<Sorry the expression> and constipated about
our "Children"'s welfare that we set a limit to ages that such material can be
viewed at.
While I am at legal age, I am still incredibly insulted by the standards of
American society, especially the fact that by doing this it only causes MORE
problems, not less. The way I see it, we're making all our children out to be
sexually frustrated at young ages, and a bit unknowledgable about the entire
subject in itself.
We do this while other nations and countries have television with explicit
sex on them. Heck, France recently released a series of "Safe Porn" movies,
that is EXPRESSLY made for young teenage boys and girls..... as all the actors
use safety when doing what they do to promote it in the children.
Then there's the violence aspect of our society.... we blame television
and movies for violence and people getting shot when there are guns in every
home in america.... <Generalization>. Please. If Television/Movies/Games
were the problem, I would be a raving psychopath with a shotgun by my side at
all times.
Only most unbalanced people can be influenced by the un-reality of such
things.
As for Caroline..... This *IS* Discrimination against her, but it's also
using the supposed "SAFE" American ideals..... so the person who's doing the
contest can feel assured that he won't get in trouble from little kiddies who
read it and actually learn about sex or something.
Hee hee.....
Well, that's my take. There are some good things about America, but in my
overall opinion, our Nation Sucks big.
<Calmly waits for the faithful American's to bash his/her little skull
in.>
