Hmmm... Interesting, and what a cast of suspects and possible motives:

(In no particular order. Note some motives are flimsy, but are possible
considering who it is.)

Nice job of identifying them... however, I do believe you've limited
yourself by only focusing on scenarios that have some plausibility and
consistency with the characters we know. :)

I decided to give my imagination a *really* free reign, and see what I
could come up with....


Ranma: Motive 1 - Having finally embraced his, or rather her, true
feminity, Ranma sets out to dispose of all those who know that he used
to be a man. I mean, she. Motive 2 - Deciding that martial arts are too
much bother, he poisons the people who've been annoying him with
challenges and the like.

Mousse: Mr. Ducky Training Potty tells him that these people are evil
and need to be destroyed. Mr. Ducky Training Potty is Mousse's only real
friend. Mousse is not going to argue with Mr. Ducky Training Potty, is
he?

Akane: Because she wants to be the only one who uses transdimensional
mallets.

Ukyo: Kills her classmates to obtain their two-for-one coupons good at
Burger King.

Kodachi: Decides that her life sucks and that she wants to end it all.
Tries to kill herself, but other people keep saving her -- ending up
dead themselves in the process. She covers the whole thing up so that
her rescuers won't have to be embarrassed.

Shampoo: Acquires a rare form of mental illness -- pH imbalance.

Cologne: Causes mass death by revulsion when she appears in an erotic
video.

Kuno: Because the yakuza hires him as a hit man.

Konatsu: Annoyed at how little he gets to do in fanfics, he starts
offing everyone who gets Ukyo more often than he does.

Tsubasa: Methodically murders everyone in the series to prove his love
for Guy Under the Bridge.

Kasumi: Induces the rest of the cast to commit suicide by repeating "Oh
my!" millions of times. Discreetly disposes of the bodies just to be
tidy.

Nabiki: In a fit of passion, she machine-guns the entire student body of
Furinkan for making fun of her love for Bob, the Generic Otaku Insert
Character. The principal helps her cover it up 'cause he's a nice guy.

Soun, Genma: A contest to see whose offspring is/are the most resistant
to abuse gets out of hand.

Nodoka: She did it for the kicks, man.

Happosai: Kills the entire cast just so he can finally get a little
peace and quiet.

Ryoga: Wakes up one morning and decides that killing the female cast and
framing Mousse would be a really funny practical joke.

Mikado: Those icky girls kept trying to force themselves on him.

Azusa: Cut open several people's hearts because those left ventricles
are so CUTE!

Pantyhose Taro: Snaps with anger because he can't have Ranma's curse
instead of his own.


What does this prove? Maybe that who the killer is is not as important
as why he/she did it. Or maybe that some of us shouldn't be given an
extra day off. ^_^
