I'm not going to start this now, regardless of response- this is more a
feeler to see if people have material (for one thing) and if they'd be
interested in contributing, so don't start e-mailing me these scenes yet.
So... DOES anyone have such scenes which they would be willing to donate to
such a project?

Not many, but a few.

What series are you looking at, though?  Just Ranma, or anything?  (That could
make for one BIZARRE crossover.)
