Is this story set up after Vol. 38 of the manga? [That's the last
one if you don't know.] If it is then Ranma's mother already knows about
his curse and has found him to be manly.
Is it before vol. 20? I haven't seen anything about Ranma using
his Moukou Takabishi attack, or any mention of it for that matter. [He
would have used it in the first fight if it had gone as badly as you
say.]
It's a good story but you don't seem to know much about street
fighting itself. That and the fact that some of the characters act pretty
OOC. Work on caracterization a little and you'd do better. [Ranma and
Akane warm up far to easily and Nabiki is a little to nice, all this is
forgivable though since the story is pretty interesting.]
You seemed to have modled the circut after the professional
boxing or various martial arts tournaments. A good idea but a bit
realistic. Street fighting is illegal in almost every country in the
world. It would also be not so well organised, fighters would most likely
travel alone or in very small groups, [i.e. Ranma and Akane would stay
together.] They would fight in seedy back streets and bars, places like
that and not in rings. There would also be no refs or rules. Dirty
fighting and deathblows would not be uncommon. [Shin shouryu ken and
Sheng long's Electric Dragon punch from SF3 are both death blows.] The
quality of people would not be so...good. They would fight mostly thugs
and brutes occasionally running into a skilled or honorable martial
artist along the way. [note the use of 'or' in that sentence.]
The idea of the final tournament is good, Bison himself called
for it in Tailand in the game with first prize being a match with
himself. [Street fighting is mostly ignored in this country. Mui Tai
originated here which was developed in Street fighting matches. Hense the
tie in with Sagat. It is the SF capitol of the world.] Bison would most
likely ignore the SF circut and wait until he defeated the champion in
Tai land. This would be the person [and possibly the runners up] most
useful to his organisation. I realize that this conflicts with most
stories and Manga but that is how the original game plot goes. Actually
he only wanted to participate in the tornament to enhance his Psyco power
and it wasn't a recruiting drive. Just a search for skilled opponents to
raise his own power levels in combat.

Overall this is a great story and I hope to see more soon.
	JA!
