I want to create a web site that will be a protest page.  I'm not sure
what it is called, but you get a series of e-mail address's in order to
send them to someone.  I want to do this in order to protest the bill
before the US congress that is sending a lot of junk mail legally to
people.

If you can help me out with the web pages, I would appreciate it.
