You can't scrimp with a fic like this or else it'll just be weak.

Ultimately, that is precisely what's wrong with the piece--it's weak. 
The premise is good, but there is so, so much more and better ways to 
handle it than how you did.

*gapes* You're kidding me, right? Ye gods, man, I cried reading it the
first time and it STILL makes me tear up even now. The ending doesn't
seem wierd to me at all because it reminds me of the dying wish my
cousin had when she was dying of cancer (geez, the story kinda gives
me a sense of deja vu!). 

As for Nabs and the rest; they aren't players in this fic. This is
about Ukyo's last days of life and the most important people around
her: Ranma, Konatsu, Akane, Tsubasa, and her father. She wasn't close
to Nabiki and the rest like she was with the others! They don't have
any real bearing on how Ucchan and Ranma live their short married life.

This isn't 'weak' in any way; it's short, bittersweet, and focuses
neatly on the emotions of Ukyo's friends as seen through the eyes of
Ukyo herself. This story is a unique and special story of it's own; it
doesn't matter how you or anyone else could have 'done it better.' It
gets the emotion out in this author's own, unique style. *pauses
mid-rant* I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt about the
rumors, but now I can see that many of them are true.

I'm not going to rant on what kind of a person you are, simply because
I and the FFML have better things to do. 
If you wanna flame me or flame anything I've written, go to it. I need
a good laugh anyway.
