Ummm.... tricking the body into thinking it's not excited?  (Possibly
psychological aftereffects tho...)

If the change is activated by the hormones, then technically anyone can
become a "temporary Shimeru" by infusing them.  But in the FKC manga only
Misaki was able to do that since she was related to the Shimerus.

Genetically altering a Shimeru so that it won't react to the hormones?

I don't know...
