is the reincarnation of the Prince of Uranus who was the original Sailor
Uranus' sister (possibly arising from someone deciding that something that
they read in a fanfic was real, specifcally a blending of the *many*
"Endymion's sister is Sailor Earth" stories with the backstory of Biles and
Hosmer's "Sailor Moon Z") was completely debunked at the San Diego Comic Con
when someone asked Takeuchi Naoko about Uranus' gender in the Silver
Millenium.  Uranus has always been female, if your story diverts from this,
fine, but it's an Elseworlds.  There is no shame in being an Elseworlds.
