While this is an... interesting premise, the first scene that entered my 
head after reading it went something like this:


Vega (Bison to some of us) stepped out of his plane and onto the 
mountaintop.

"Son Goku!  I challenge you!"

A smile creased the villian's face.  <With my psycho power I am 
invincible.>

Goku looked at the newcomer oddly for a moment, compared their 
respective auras, then charged Vega and promptly kicked his ass.
