This is Ranma, of course he's going to get in trouble, but he also 
learns from his mistakes.  Except where social skills are concerned.  

If 

it's martial arts, or martial arts related though, he should do fine.  
The only people he would have to worry about having trouble pinning 
would probably be those with some form of Ki control.  Actually, 

Nabiki 

and Kasumi are the only ones that would make sense if you look at it 
that well.  And depending on the universe, Gosunkugi, Akari and 

Tsubasa.  

As none of them have any martial arts training.

I was just saying that when Nabiki 'wakes up' from the instant hypnosis, 
unless the tech wipes the mind she's going to be really pissed at what 
he made her do.
