Shinji rubbed his head, then muttered, "You're one to
talk...always sneaking peeks at me every morning." He started walking
towards school.

I'd call what Asuka's doing more then a 'peek' each morring.

    Before class started, Misato poked her head into the classroom and
called out, "Shinji, can I see you in the hallway?"

    Shinji gulped, then slowly made her way to the hallway. Rei held
back a huge laugh that was threatening to erupt from her mouth.

    "I wonder what Shinji did now?" one of the students asked.

Hmm for the way the class acted in the previous parts I would guess the
would be saying things more along the lines of "Lucky devil..."

    "Good. By they way...cute butt. If only you were ten years older,"
Misato said.

For more of a tease you may want to say something like that but have it with
Misato just sort of letting it trail off with a sigh....

    "All right everyone! Shut up, bow to the teacher, and sit down!"
Hikari called out. All the students complied, they knew better than to
risk the wrath of Mistress Hikari.

Mistress??  Hmm a little forshadowing maybe about something you;ve not
written?

    "Hey! That's my babe you're taking about! Her panties are no one's
business but mine!" Touji said. A bag smashed him on his head. Touji
fell down to the ground.

The last two sentences seem a bit choppy/awkard there.  You may want to try
to work them together or maybe a but more descriptive like: "A bag weilded
by the aforementioned 'babe' smased him on the head and he went to tlak to
mister ground...."  Not the best but hope you get the idea I'm trying to
make.


All in all another great laugh and addition to this series your doing.
