Yes. I use vi. I always use vi for anything that has anything to do with
my web page.

I knew I liked you for a reason. ;-)  Ok, this is just one of them...

*grin* Well, I'm a UNIX girl, who's just too lazy to learn all the
commands. She just asks people and then forgets. Or writes them in a .txt
file, and leaves the file on a machine that crashes. :p

Oh, well. Vi is good. Pico is wimpy, but it's fine for e-mail...

(Though how to you get back to the top of the e-mail, without ^Y-ing back
to the top? Takes forever in a fanfic...)

Downloading things to my computer, editing them, uploading them, getting
rid of all the ^M characters, etc, is rather tedious.

I can't take credit for this, a co-worked at my last job had this laying
about when I was looking for one.

Can vi hook into ispell?  That's one of the things I like about emacs:
M-x ispell-buffer.  You can also run 'ispell' from the command line - if
it is installed.

Probably... I just don't know how to do it... (The dial up pretty much
sucks in the way of commands, it seems ... so I'd have to try here, where
I e-mail, which is pretty slow...)
