Well, the idea is that the American revolution failed. Thus, the Allied 

Forces

were never really put together, or if they were, they failed.

Excuse me, but even as a casual historian of WW2, the idea that the 
American Revolution had the least effect on the war is so ridiculous 
that I couldn't begin to point out in detail why this is utter nonsense.

And as far as the US putting together an alliance, you will find that 
the Allies wanted them to join them in the war long before the US 
decided to step in, and when they did, the Germans were broken in the 
East, and I won't get into the Pacific theatre.

However, this is a fic. The details aren't really important.
