Let's see...
Ukyou as Ranma's fiancee Kurin (though the personality really doesn't match).
Actually, come to think of it, Tsubasa as Kurin, and Ukyou or Shampoo as
Futana; Ukyou has the gender ambiguity, and Shampoo acts a lot closer.
Hinako replacing _two_ of the Koujiro triplets.  (Yuki and one of the older
ones.)
Kodachi as Hirouin Takane.  It fits, she's even the principal's daughter.
