Unfortunately, all the fics posted to the list recently have been 
forgettable, and some were downright bad. I used to take the effort to 
read and C&C almost every non-spam Ranma fic, but after seeing that this 
practice could lead to a ban, I'll only C&C those fics that have a 
chance at being better than bad.

Noted hallmarks of bad fanfiction:

Inconsistent confusion of the word "their" and its homonyms. I know some of
us are auditory thinkers and all, that's normal, but when the meanings of
"their" "they're" and "there" are mixed up beyond comprehension it shows a
lack of thought in the writing. This can also apply to inconsistent
spelling in general, like "Ranma" being spelled properly in one sentence
then "Rmana" in the next, but too many times to merely be a typo.

Any fic containing "1/2", "Muyo", "Neon", etc. in the title. There are a
few notable exceptions, mostly done by well-known authors. Exceptions
aside, about 90% of fics containing buzzwords in the title are bad bad bad.
(Again, many apologies to the exceptions) Catchy titles are great, but
"Blah 1/2" has been done to death.

Fics done by people with K-Rad (Is that still the word?) nicknames. (I know
I'm guilty here, sue me... it's a biblical reference) I don't think this
needs clarification.

LONG fics that rehash the entire life histories of every character, lesser
known anime/manga is exempted of course. Everyone knows that Ranma's an
aquatransexual, that Rei's an android, and that Tenchi really needs to get
his act together.

(This is just a personal gripe) Fics with so many japanese words that you
need a translator. Please, I'm begging, include a glossary for anything
worse than "gomen"!
