Third... the FAQ was possibly vague on this point, so I'll clarify. Chew
up an author's work all you like. GutB did that for weeks, and wasn't
tempbanned - he was within his rights, annoying though they were.

But don't insult another author on this list. I don't care if he killed
your dog and molested your cat. Insult ideas, not people.

In light of my tardiness in responding, I'm going to give the participants
here a general amnesty. Please don't do this again.
