Guess that makes me a very dark soul... I've done it more than once.

Chin up, Doug-chan... You're not alone...  Zen wrote "Bitter End" - so
Zen must be a pretty dark soul too... ^_^

No... Zen does not hate dark-fics... some of Zen's FAVOURITE fics are
darkfics... Doug's example here is one of them.

For Ranma, "Lies" by Jeff Hosmer is still one of Zen's all time
favourite Ranma fics.

And few people would call Chris Davies work lite.  Or Sean Gaffney's,
though his is more 'angsty' than 'dark'... and they write wonderful
stories...

If anything, it's harder to find a COMEDY that Zen really likes...
though to specify two right off the bat that Zen feels are works
of art...

And the fact that the characters in Evanjellydonut are not within
parsecs of being IC diminishes the fun of the story not one whit. ^_^
