I assume you've tried highlighting the text, pressing "Ctrl" and "C" at
the same time, then putting the cursor in the window you want to copy to
and pressing "Ctrl" and "V" at the same time. Thats highlighting. Also
good is in most mailers in either the "File" or "Edit" Menu is a option
along the lines of "Insert text file". If you can do that, simply either
insert the whole file or save part of the file as a new file and
inserting that. Also remember, if you're inserting from a non windows
application, to make a pit stop in NotePad to convert it to ASCII fromat.
If you wrote the text you want to insert in a windows text editor (MS
Word, Windows Write, etc) there's a option in edit of "cut." Highlight
the text to be copied, select that option, put the cursor where you want
the text in a different program, and select "Paste" from the "edit" menu.
If you're block is too big for the opperation, do it in parts. If NONE of
these work, you're screwed. Write me. And thats me shpiel on copy and
pasting.
