My roommate was bemoaning the dearth of okonomiyaki in the states
recently while at a local Japanese restaurant, and happened to be
overheard by one of the chefs... who, as it turns out, was _dying_ for 
a chance to make okonomiyaki.  So we all had an okonomiyaki dinner,
and it was good.

Just thought I'd share that.
