You're wrong. Neither is a crime.  It's up to the author to decide whether
C&C--negative or positive--is intended to be useful and well-thought out.
Given the amount of not-thought-out spam on this list.  Be careful--if you
police TOO much, then the the true purpose of this list is lost.  Everyone
is entitled to C&C as they like--equally, folks are empowered to -deal-
with that C&C as they like.

Instead of decreasing the C&C on the list, we should be trying to INcrease
it. I'm as guilty as probably 90%, if not more, of this list, of not
C&C'ing, and I should, and I will try.
