Let me start off by saying that this is the last the FFML will hear from me
on this subject, regardless of what else Guy Under The- I mean, The Critic
has to say.

To say that she 'out-foxed' anyone (besides Ranma) is a basic
misunderstanding of her character.

*sigh*  Ok.  You seem to be either deliberately or ignorantly
misinterpreting what I'm saying to mean that Nabiki could hold her own in a
physical fight with these people.  That is NOT what I said.  By "out-foxed"
I mean precisely that in the past she has successfully
manipulated/out-witted that person to her advantage and satisfaction, which
is what Nabiki does.  If you really need for me to give examples of
Nabiki's victories over the rest of the cast one character at a time, I'd
have no problem with doing that over private mail.  The List doesn't need
to be junked up with a bunch of character debate.

She never actually fights with anyone
except, of course, the series' cardinal exception, Ranma. She blackmails
Ranma and sells information to everyone else--that's Nabiki.

Even in the cardinal exception you're providing, you're still not talking
about a physical fight.  She manipulated him.  She's done the same to every
character you listed previously.

I've pointed out the complications of forcing Nabiki into a situation in
which she actually fights. This is a serious situation that would have
serious consequences that wouldn't be able to fit into the series.

And the point, which I believe you misinterpreted, is that the
confrontations in this proposed fic do not necessarily have to be physical
or violent.  THAT'S the challenge - to work the story in such a way that it
is still true to the Nabiki we all know and lo-  well, at least respect.
^_~  There's nothing in the story so far to say that Nabiki would be stupid
enough to try to pick a physical fight with any of the Martial Artists.
She'd just use them the way she already does except with a different edge,
more angry and less playful.  If nothing else, she should be the master of
the Guilt Trip by now; she's been practicing for years as the acting mother
of the family.

Before this goes any further, let me say that I think I have made this as
clear as I possibly can.  I have no intention of publicly replying to
anything else you have to say on this subject.  SPAM is SPAM, and I think
the List as a whole would thank you to take this discussion to private mail
- unless you're actually going to talk about the story.
