Assuming that her bad temper hadn't totally destroyed her people 
manipulating skills, that's not real likely.  Ranma is easily 

controlled

by girls up to the sticking point.

If I remember the concert ticket story, Ranma fought back relentlessly. 
Ranma is exactly his namesake: a wild horse. He's shown that he will 
fight like mad against anyone or anything that would make him do 
something.

I sincerely doubt that.  Nabiki's defenders would be perfectly 

adequate.

Kodachi would go to any length to eliminate an enemy, and that's what 
she would see in Nabiki. 

Shampoo:  This amazon would kill her in an instant if she felt Nabiki
posed a serious threat to her mission.

You mean the way she killed Akane?  

The same way the Coyote will eat the Roadrunner one day. Force serious 
actions and be ready to deal with serious consequences.

Ryouga's a wimp when it comes to that sort of thing.

What sort of thing? Being mortally offended, threatened with an 
unbearable loss of face, dealing with obstacles to Akane, or being 
pushed around by a mere girl? Nabiki would be much more successful if 
she used Ryouga's heart-strings; fighting Ryouga would a big, big 
mistake.
