I see Lurker's message didn't get to you.  Mr. Guy "The Troll" Under The
Bridge is a classic example of what we Filipinos call "KSP" (Kulang sa
Pansin), people (mostly little kids) who annoy other people just to get
noticed. Now it seems that telling him to stop gets us nowhere, perhaps
reverse psychology is in order, by condensing him like so... "Yes of
