Wow! I really like this idea... as far as I can tell, this is an 
alternate-universe fic that -hasn't- been done before... and I 
especially like the format that you put it in. From my point of view, 
the major problem with alt-universe fics is reading over the parts of 
the storyline that -haven't- changed that much, over and over again. 
By simply showing the scenes with the most startling differences, 
skips the standard bits, such as the initial fight between Genma and 
Ranma, the "What do you mean, fiance?", and skip right to the good 
parts. I especially like the "outline"... we get to see where the 
rest of the fic goes without having to read through a fic that's 60% 
the same as the original Takahashi! On top of that, the concept's 
really good too... loved it. ^_^
