In one manga story, she paralyzes Kuno, binds him, then feeds him to

her pet

alligator.  Nothing very machiavellian in that; she wanted Kuno out of

the

way and thought that would be the best way to do it.

And Ryouga is a horny playboy. After all, didn't he try to get it on
with Akane and Akari at one point?

Read a story which stated exactly that... Ryoga was using his superior charm
to win Akane away from Ranma.

Akane is a lesbian. I mean, isn't it obvious by the way she refuses to
date anyone at her school?

I think one of Tritschler-sempai's stories involves an Akane/Shamps
pairing...

Ranma is gay. Look at all the times he's used his curse to get close to
Kunou, Ryouga, Mousse, etc.

It's easy to reach into the manga and pull out whatever you need to
support every bizarre theory you could imagine.

Yes, but there's a certain... shall we say... FINALITY to making someone
gator chow and giving them little or no apparent chance to defend
themselves. If we saw Ryoga sharing a bed with two women (you know the sense
I mean), Akane doing an Allielle impersonation which was not an
impersonation, or Ranma sincerely proclaiming his undying love for a man
(outside of that koi fishing rod arc), then I could see your point. However,
the bits you've mentioned above are taken rather out of context. I find it
next to impossible to find a fitting context in which to place the feeding
of one's sibling to an alligator.
