hating self-insertion fics. 

Name names. Pick some. Show examples. 

And make sure they actually are SE fics. Some fans use the names of actual characters, 
not all of which are well known. My name is one given by a fellow fanfic writer to the 
Operative from TMiL, and there's more than one Ranma out there writing Ranma1/2 
fanfiction even as we speak..
