As Lum threw her lightening bolt (tcha) at Ataru, he made a
mistake and grabbed Mendou's Sword. This was a mistake
because Mendou was standing in ankle deep water draining
into the sewer, where all of the tv cables ran.
Afterwards at the Lynching, Lum didn't understand why
everyone seemed to dislike her. Just because she had
destroyed every tv set in Tomobiki and just before the
second episode of Ranma 1/2.
