Enlightened members of the ffml:

     I would like to beg for help. If you're an enlightened member of 
the ml, please answer this. Marller (Mara) confuses me. I've never been 
able to figure out what her motives are, especially in manga volume 11, 
chapter 64, page 44-47.
     In this chapter (and the previous ones) Marller split Urd into two 
people, Demoness Urd and Goddess Urd. Demoness Urd goes wacko and 
totally trashed Marller. Marller then goes to Belldandy etc for help, to 
merge Urd back together.
     Now, I own the Chinese translation of the manga, so maybe something 
was lost in the translation, but basically, Marller says to Belldandy 
and Goddess Urd:
     "I beg you, I know I shouldn't, but I beg you anyway. If this 
continues... Demoness Urd will destroy everything... even herself. I 
can't loose her."
     Then, it shows Goddess Urd's face with Marller's voice over saying, 
"and I can't loose you."
     So I ask you, enlightened members... what the heck is up with 
that?!?
     Is Marller speaking to Goddess Urd... or to all the Goddesses in 
general?? Why doesn't Marller want Demoness Urd to destroy everything? 
Isn't that why she's on Earth anyway? What's Marller and Urd's 
relationship anyway? I understand that they use to hang out before the 
whole Belldandy/Keiichi thing.
     I can think of three possibilities.
     1) Marller is Urd's sister on her demon side.
     2) Marller doesn't want to loose Urd as a drinking buddy.
     3) Belldandy and Keiichi aren't the only love birds in AMS...
     I am asking these questions, because I am writing an AMS fic about 
Urd(along with 1000 other fics, sigh), and I wanted to throw this little 
relationship in. The only problem being... I don't know what kinda 
relationship it is. 
     So if you know, please answer me. Thanx.
