Ever wonder why Kuno talks in old English, and why there are always streaks
of thunder whenever he introduces himself?

This might be the answer....
"Foul Sorcerer Saotome today I shall finally vanquish thee and free Akane
Tendo and the Pig-tailed Girl from thy evil clutches" cried Kuno as he
waved his bokuto to and fro.
Ranma merely smirked as he dodged every hit and replied "What makes you so
sure you'll beat me today "sempai"? " he punctuated his question with an
uppercut to the chin.  As Kuno fell his  bokuto struck the ground and a
great flash covered the immediate area, blinding the spectators.  As the
glow vanished they were witness to a very disturbing sight, Kuno had
vanished, where he once stood was a tall male with long golden hair,
dressed in  Viking leather armor with a helmet decorated with a pair of
wings,  he opened his blue eyes and spoke. "Be it known to ye all, I am the
great thunderer, he who slays ogres and frost giants, who's mere voice
sends chills to his enemies, Aoi Kazuchi no Kami, Thor!" with that he spun
his great Uru hammer and took to the skies as a massive amount of
facefaulting occurred.
