Nope. Since no one aged in the manga at all, there's no evidence that
the curse will keep a cursed person from aging in their cursed or
non-cursed states.

That's what I thought. Furthermore, if we follow the rule about the 
easiest explanation being the right explanation, it would be more 
defensible to say that there would be no continuing age effect with 
these curses.

Since the Mink Dynasty used the curse to produce females, shouldn't it 
be filled with ancient immortal curse-women, thus rendering the need for 
new females non-existent?

It was always been my considered opinion that the age effect of the 
curse was nonsense, and, moreover, used as a cheap device. However, even 
though I may not like it, I'll accept it if someone can produce evidence 
in the manga to support it.
