Nope for the followign reasons:

1. DOCO singers had actual talent

Indeed they do. Sakuma Rei has to sing IC
and her normal voice is nowhere near Shampoo's.

2. DOCO women are cuter
3. DOCO was there long before Spice Girls

The only similarity I can see it that it's likely that DOCO and Spice
girls both have women who want to get it on with each other.

DOCO: Akane/Ukyo--->Ranma

But Ucchan isn't in DOCO. Shampoo is however.
DOCO is the Tendo sisters, onna-Ranma and Shampoo.

Spice Girls: Take your pick
