Given that in Drag-on Ball the characters seemed to routinely get access to
wishes that increased their power levels, as well as the characters
apparently being of some super powered race, while Ranma's ability comes
from a lifetime of training, I think that trying to mix Ranma and DB is
ludicrous.  Since Ranma's human, he would always wind up as cannon fodder
for people whose lower level attacks devastate sections of countryside.
