Another possibility is to change the dish to something that isn't supposed
to be sweet.  Sweet-and-sour pork, perhaps.  That way Kodachi can genuinely
make the dish nasty, but Hinako sensei-chan would still like it, being the
sort of person who spoons sugar over caviar.
